Information we collect
When you book a session, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and any message you leave us. When you apply as an affiliate, we collect the information from the form. If you write to Camille, the site's virtual assistant, your messages and the contact details you give are kept so the team can reply to you. Payments are processed directly by Square; we never store your credit card details.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to confirm and manage your booking (confirmation emails, reminders, cancellation handling), to calculate affiliate commissions, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-party providers
We use Square for payment processing, Resend for sending our transactional emails and Anthropic (Claude) for the virtual assistant's replies: the messages you write to it are sent to Anthropic to generate the replies. To protect our forms against bots, we also use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is filling in the form without using advertising cookies. These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
Our site uses an essential session cookie to sign in to the client, affiliate and admin areas. If you arrive through an affiliate's link, a cookie keeps their code for 30 days so your booking is credited to them. Your browser's local storage remembers your display preferences (theme, cookie consent) and your conversation with the assistant. We do not use any advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Data retention
Your booking information is kept as long as necessary for business and accounting purposes, in accordance with applicable legal requirements in Quebec.
