How long is a session?
It depends on the package: 15 minutes for Mini, 30 minutes for Classic and 1 hour for Prestige. For an event, we set the length together based on what you need.
When will I get my photos?
Your retouched photos arrive in your private gallery within 5 to 7 business days for a studio session, and within 3 to 4 weeks for an event. Need them sooner? Express delivery gets them to you within 24 hours of the session for $60 more, chosen when you book.
Can I get extra photos?
Yes. From your private gallery, you can pick photos on top of the ones included in your package: $25 per photo with Mini, $20 with Classic and $15 with Prestige.
Can I change outfits during the session?
Yes, with the Classic and Prestige packages. Classic lets you change outfits, and Prestige allows several outfits and backdrops in the same session. Mini, being shorter, is done in a single outfit.
I don't know how to pose. Is that a problem?
Not at all, it's actually the most common situation. I guide you throughout the session with simple directions and a pose catalogue, and you see your photos live.
Are the photos retouched?
Yes. Every photo you receive is retouched (light, colour, skin) for a natural, polished look.
How do I book?
Pick your package, then an available date and time in the online calendar. You then pay for the session in full, or just 40% to hold your spot.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Online, you pay by card when you book. If you only paid the booking fee, the balance is paid on the day of the session by credit card, debit card, cash or Interac e-Transfer.
