Terms of Service

Bookings and payment
Payment is made online when you book: the full price, or a 40% booking fee that holds your spot. Any balance is paid on the day of the session by credit card, debit card, cash or Interac e-Transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time; the amount paid is then refunded. After that, it is no longer refundable, except at the studio's discretion.
Copyright and photo usage
PIXORA retains copyright on all photographs produced. The client receives a personal, non-commercial usage license for delivered photos, unless otherwise agreed in writing. PIXORA reserves the right to use photographs for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) unless the client requests otherwise.
Affiliate program
Affiliates earn a commission on the booking fee of each new client who books through their unique link or referral code. A client who has already booked or had a session at the studio does not earn a commission. Commissions are calculated automatically and paid according to an agreement with the studio. PIXORA may deactivate an affiliate account in case of abuse.
Limitation of liability
PIXORA strives to deliver quality service but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond its control (weather conditions, force majeure) that may affect a session.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
